Training

An asset for our projects

We have been an authorized training institution since 1989 which is registered at n°82 42 00 476 42.
Within the scope of our projects, our customer is offered a training of its employees in order to have a good use of the system installed  in BMS, Energy Efficiency or in MES.

Partnerships with local colleges

Trainees are regularly welcomed within the training, in partnership with local training centers :
The IRUP (local University Polytechnique Institute), the ISTP (National Institute of Performance Techniques), the Engineering Training of Ecole des Mines de Saint-Etienne with paid students, the CNAM (National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts), the CFAI Loire, the IUT of Saint-Etienne.

Meta 2e

  • welcomes trainees in the field of BMS or industrial computing
  • also gives courses of BMS or industrial computing to students from the areas concerned
  • also contributes to the training by the payment of the apprenticeship tax.

« Almost all of our trainees ask to be hired at the end of the training. We could offer at least one limited-term contract to half of them. »

Making evolve our collaborators

Meta 2e is actively involved in the training effort by suggesting to its employees that they should improve their skills, either by the individual right to training or within the scope of a definite training scheme.
